Vegetables come already loaded with minerals and can be prepared in a variety of ways such as steamed, stir-fryed and other ways. I find the best way to get a vegetable dish packed with flavor is stir-frying. Purchase seasoning for stir-frying and season the chopped vegetables. When you want to go the healthiest route always think steamed vegetables. This is a great way to get the most out of the minerals and nutrients found in vegetables as they are not lost due to baking or frying. Mix your favorite vegetables in a steam pot with about 2 cups of water. Put the lid over the top and let it steam away. According to your quick weight loss diet, you can put these vegetables into a broth or eat the vegetables as they are with some healthy dry seasoning.

Another method that preserves healthy ingredients but delivers great taste is roasting. Purchase a bottle of olive oil or vegetable oil and mix the vegetables with the oil. You can cut up peppers, brown sugar, onions, and garlic with soft sprays of lemon. Cook at 400 degrees and enjoy this part of your quick weight loss diet.
